The Civil Services Preliminary Examination (CSE Prelims) conducted annually by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the primary screening gate for prestigious services including IAS, IPS, IFS, and IRS. Paper 1 (General Studies) determines your Prelims cutoff qualification to appear in the Mains Examination.
